Steel Ball Through Pen by The Essel Magic

Description

This is a nice little trick which is very surprising to watch and there seems to be no way to make it happen.

EFFECT: The performer shows a metal tube, a plastic pen and a tiny little steel ball. The tube has a hole which passes fromone side to another. The pen is pushed thru the hole so that it passes right thru the tube blocking the interior of the tube.The spectator is given the ball and asked to drop it into the tube. Quite naturally, it gets struck in the middle of the tubebecause the pen causes an obstruction. The performer ‘pours’ out the ball and talks about the impossibility of the ball todrop thru the tube when the pen is blocking the way.

Now, he makes some mysterious gestures and very openly drops the ball thru the top of the tube. Surprisingly, it drops outfrom the bottom of the tube, apparently passing thru the solid pen. If the performer wants, he can repeat the performanceimmediately.

Finally, everything is passed on to the spectators for examination.
